Description
Warm medium blue in color, with a fine brilliance is how I would desrcibe this sapphire. This sapphire was mined and in Sri Lanka and faceted in Sri Lanka. It has that stunning luster that only unheated stones show.
The cut is clean and crisp and the stone is balanced and proportional. Clarity is VS-eye clean. The color is a rich scrumptious blue, about a shade darker than a Royal blue which with some beautiful flashes of Cornflower blue throughout
This sapphire has been certified by the CGL (Ceylon Gem Lab) gem lab as natural and unheated. (CGL is a recognized leader in the field of Colored Stones and is a recognized GIA Alumni Association Member)
