The Portuguese cut is a favorite for tanzanite as it beautifully highlights the stone’s trichroic property. This property displays blue, purple and a reddish pink flash. Measuring 7.0 mm the prong set stone has excellent clarity, precision faceting, rich color that is primary blue and secondary purple hues and dynamic brilliance.
