The highest quality attainable, old D block tanzanite that I have stocked for well over a decade, for this large 8.0 mm Portuguese faceted round tanzanite pair. ?The pair weighs a substantial 3.96 ctw and features gorgeous Portuguese cuts that, in my opinion, due the best job of showcasing the tanzanite’s trichroic property that showcased blue, purple and flashes of pink colors.
The pair has excellent clarity, cutting and color and superb brilliance. They are set in fancy scroll four prong settings with 0.40 carats in total diamond weight. The diamonds are SI1 GH quality and the 14KWG earrings measure 10.50 mm round. Heavy earring backs with strong tension are used for added security while worn.
