Description
This beautiful Thai green sapphire is a rare find. Green sapphires with top color are often muted with dark gold and brown secondary hues, or the color saturation is too high and they are too dark. This sapphire, however, has a gorgeous evergreen color that is free of any secondary hues. It is prong set to afford maximum light exposure, which highlights its color and brilliance.
The sapphire weighs 1.69 carats and measures 7.33 x 7.22 mm. It is cut in an excellent precision round brilliant, and has top clarity. The color is a vivid green, and the brilliance is stunning.
Surrounding the sapphire are pave set round brilliant diamonds that line the ring’s shoulders and under gallery. In total, there is 0.50 carats of fine quality diamonds that are SI1 H grades.
